My name is Harry Robinson, and I am a freshman studying mechanical engineering at Northeastern University.
I grew up interested in rock climbing and parkour, which culminated in me competing on American Ninja Warrior Jr. at the age of 12. In addition to competing on TV, I placed in the top 10 nationally at a rock climbing competition a few years prior. I have always loved competition and enjoyed the process of improvement and seeing myself improve at something.
While I had always loved taking things apart and being a creative problem solver even as a baby, I truly fell in love with engineering in the 6th grade when I started my competition robotics journey in the VEX robotics program. I have spent the last 7 years refining my craft, learning new skills while meeting new people, asking lots of questions, and competing at the highest level! My proudest achievement was just last year, making it to the world finals in the First Robotics Competition!
I love spending my free time designing puzzles with friends, working on personal engineering projects, and mentoring the robotics community that has helped me get to where I am right now!
